- OWOverFlow WithGraceDec 15, 20251.0Simply horrible do not open an account with this bank!!! What they don't tell you is they will charge you $30 on top of $50 just to stop a payment. The proper training that needs to be done clearly is not done I was told from one representative it was going to be handled only for 3 months later it doesn't be handled and now I'm being charged $30 and $50 again Don't open up a bank account with them do not trust this bank at all!!!

Today I went to deposit money a new teller her name was Taylor. I asked her to deposit money in my checking , I went to repeat myself because I have four accounts I wanted to make sure she had the right account. She cut me off abruptly and with a bad attitude and extremely rude tone she snapped at me "I heard what you said" maybe she needs to be retrained in costumer service check the camera very disappointed
