- MAM AOct 15, 20251.0If could give 0 stars I would. Multiple occasions where Ive cashed and deposit my check into my account only to have no funds available until the next day even though I specifically say to cash. Meaning they cash it then deposit it. Then the teller Regina tells me its available immediately. Not available. How can cash not be available? I just put a 1200 in my account!? I am sitting at a gas station right now trying to figure out how im gonna put gas with over 1200 in my account. Avoid the headache go to a different bank.

- EJElisa JimenezJun 11, 20251.0If you can avoid this branch I would! The only helpful employee they had was transferred to the Summerlin branch. When you walk in it’s very clean quiet branch which is nice then you get to the tellers and it always goes downhill, all the tellers have HUGE chips on their shoulders and fail in customer service. There can’t be any training in becoming a teller for this branch because they are all completely unwilling to help in anyway. Unless you are one of their favorites who obviously have money but if you are a regular customer and come in from a hard day work they treat you like a second class person. I have complained several times about their conduct and I understand they really don’t care as long as they are getting your money we are at their mercy but if you are looking for a bank with nice employees who are helpful no matter your bank account size and need any information if an issue arises this is NOT THE branch to go to.

He set me up with all my banking needs. I was so tickled by how kind and helpfully I was treated. I should have left my big bank a long time ago. Looking forward to a long lasting relationship with this bank. Good customer service does exist !
