- TGToya GillNov 4, 20251.0Worse bank that I’ve ever banked with! Not very helpful. We have been loyal to them for 10 YEARS!!! And they are holding my husband’s check that he deposited Oct 25!! It’s Nov 4th!!! Called bank many times to assist and 1800 number. Even asked for the check back but they refused to give it back!! I will definitely close my account and find another bank! The economy is bad right now and it is not right to hold a persons check for 10 days just because we went into overdraft this year yeah because times are hard if they couldn’t cash the check right away they should have just given the check back to us so we can go Cash it at a different bank or somewhere else the same day we need our money it’s not right that they’re holding our money!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK!

Everytime I go on the weekend, it’s never available, out of service, certain options are not available, doesn’t accept the cash is always a problem. And I’ve noticed this pattern at different locations. For the fees you charge monthly this should NOT be an issue 🤨
