- MSMichael SzostekSep 2, 20251.0Worst location! Won’t go back even though it is closer than the aliante branch! Manager was indifferent when I told her I did not like my walk in banking experience no one was working and the line was stacking up! She said,” we are short staffed!” Not even a I’m so sorry you had to wait! Watched another lady wait while her teller left her standing there at the window to take care of drive thru customer! Manager sat in her office instead of walking out to help her workers catch up! Even the reps at the desks were off putting when I asked them, a man and a woman worker if I could do a large cash deposit in their work area because it was more private! He told me to go wait in line! I had 14000 cash in my pocket and they could have cared less! I have been with Nevada Sate Bank since 1980s and feel like they are getting worse every year! Someone need to talk to centennial hills bank manager about customer service! Then I get home and find out later the teller did not listen to me and deposited 3000 into wrong account! Even after I asked him to confirm he deposited the money into the account matching my ID!!! So sad! I’m disgusted with the lack of personalized care from this branch! Aliante location never let me down like this and always goes above and beyond to make you feel like you matter! I sure do miss workers like Cezar from the aliante branch!

Make your account $1500 no fees...then $2500 no fees. Then $3000 no fees. Then charge me fees for money just sitting there. Charged me $460 in fees over the life of my account and then refused to reverse them. Bunch of crooks. This is why I hate banks.
