  AVOID THIS BANK. Unfortunately, our recent transaction with this bank has been extremely disappointing. The lender consistently missed contractual deadlines and caused significant delays — nearly two months to close on a straightforward deal. Their lack of communication and accountability left my clients stressed and financially impacted. When choosing a lender, always vet their responsiveness and track record. Timely execution matters, especially when families are depending on the process staying on schedule.

  I just had the worst experience in almost 40 year. The branch manager was very rude and unprofessional.

  I was open the new account, the first I don’t want to deposit a cash a check with them, I asked them a some question about the check that I have, they said your check was fine I can deposit it with us that I don’t really want to deposit with them and I made mistakes deposit with them and they asked me how do I get the check and they don’t let me deposit my check and closed my account for no resion , I asked why closed my account if you won’t let me deposit should let me know at the first place not like let me deposit and close my account it’s very unprofessional I don’t suggest to this bank customer service very bad too uneducated they don’t know what do they doing

  First time ever walking into that bank the staff was extremely helpful I haven't had a very good experience like that since Prime Merit back in the early 90s
