- ASAMG SwervoOct 10, 20251.0Went into this bank when i first turned 18 trying to get money out a account that i could t touch till i turn 18 i went there without an id and they turned me away and said all i needed was my id at the time i had to order a new one, once i came back from college for a trip back home to get money from the account 3 months later they tell me i need a court order, they never informed me about this court order until 3 months later, very unprofessional i feel they should have told me this information prior to my second visit to the bank.

I called their number beforehand to verify everything needed to cash an e-check get down there and they won't do it. Claims they're not allowed and didn't know who Ashley was. Then had the nerve to ask if im sure I called the right bank. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and have no idea what they're doing. Worst bank I ever stepped in. Would never recommend this bank or location.
