- SHSusan HeimerApr 6, 20231.0STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH: I visited this location on April 5th, approximately 4 pm while in town, on a family vacation. Upon my arrival I was immediately ignored while the tellers discussed their personal affairs, and was treated as an inconvenience. I was told I couldn't complete my transaction due to my missing debit card which was a complete disappointment; however, I completely understood. It was the poor delivery and lack of customer service that left me puzzled. Because of this experience I plan to close my new accounts with Citibank and stay with my current bank, BMO. The tellers at this location need to be retrained on the value of good customer service.
