- MHMarlowe HoltDec 2, 20255.0I don’t understand the negative reviews. It’s a bank. So far Citibank has been great for me. Switching from Wells Fargo is the best decision I’ve ever made. I even got $325 direct deposited into my account just for opening a checking account. The lady who helped me open the account was very nice.

I reached out to him regarding a couple of urgent issues and even though he told me he would get back to me the next day, it has been over a month since I've heard from him. I've continuously followed up, only to receive no reply. Stay away from Citi at all costs!
- BBBantonAug 26, 20241.0I deposited money this morning and trying to pay my bills and stuff and now I can't use my account this has happened 3 times already within me opening up this account about 3 to 4 months ago. This is ridiculous I confirmed my transactions and got called and left a voicemail with no verification code and called to complain about the issue and they said nothing can be done and the code will be sent through the mail. I told them no I need my money now and now I can't do anything I have bills to pay and rent. This is so dumb
