- OCO. CroninJun 30, 20251.0I just called the bank to get the rates on CDs I spoke to someone. Not friendly at all rambled on about the CD s so fast.She didn't even take a breath. I couldn't understand and did not ask any questions she was so so rude. If you are in the business of dealing with public you definitely need to adjust the attitude. I will never ever recommend or use this bank. I suggest you guys read the reviews. They have more bad reviews than good reviews. It all sounds like their customer service is horrible. I suggest you stay away from this bank. I just received a response from someone saying. Please email them so they can resolve. This issue, but my problem is, why do we have to resolve issues? If people were properly trained and held accountable for their crazy rude attitudes. My biggest question is, did they apply for this job or the job applied for them?
