- JTJon T.Dec 18, 20251.0Terrible bank. I’ve had to go there 4 times in less than 3 days and has been useless, each time they have messed up! Additionally they keep ordering cards incorrectly and now I’ve waited since 12/9 for a new card and don’t know what they are doing. After 8 years I’m closing my account due to this branch and due to this terrible experience trying to get a new card.

Called today they told me they never placed for a new card to be sent!! Representative didn’t have answers for me on why and when I canceled the card and asked for a cancellation confirmation they said it would be 72 hours till I received a simple email which I probably won’t ever get because they don’t know how to do anything right!! Save yourself the trouble! Worse banking ever!!
