  This is a toy bank. I don't recommend it. The products are ridiculous, and I won't close a credit card because it's the oldest one I have and I don't want to ruin my credit score. However, it's impossible to increase the credit line by a ridiculous $500. Just to be clear, Chase gave me a $14,000 card after opening an account three months later. Citi, after almost three years, is stuck at $500, and every month I pay off the card in full. I basically only use it for gas, and in fact, I'll stop using it entirely, making just a few transactions to keep it active. They have a ridiculous internal policy. Any bank is better than Citi, and I'll close my account, keeping only the useless credit card.

  I have gone in twice to close out my mom account who passed away both times I waited for 30 minutes to talk to someone and there was only one teller and a person just sitting behind her doing nothing.The first time i was a least greated and told it would be a few since they were short staffed. The second time not greated and the girl doing nothing didnt say hello or asked what we needed help with. Finally got to the teller and gave her all the documentation. Then she went to get the manager I'm assuming. Witch he did not come out of until there were 10 more people in line. He said there systems were down and I need to make an appointment. I understand things go down but put a sign up at the door set the exception. I would have left and come back another time. They also said that there banker isn't there. How is there no banker on a Monday. It's the busiest day for banks typically. When I came in last month she said I can make an appointment or just come in. I know at my wells fargo and us bank that I normally bank at has tellers and bankers working and always great and ask what can they help with. Please hire more people and make it easier on the customers and staff.

  To open a Business account they gave an appointment for next week and the bank is empty. I'm taking my business somewhere else where they value it. Now i can understand why is always empty. Bye bye
