  This was my second time visiting a Citi Bank branch, and I had a great experience. As a student, I had quite a few questions, but Liz was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She explained everything clearly and guided me through the process step by step, which made me feel very comfortable and confident. Excellent customer service — I truly appreciate Liz’s help and highly recommend this branch.

  Probably one of the worst branches. Lobby full of people and one teller, and they have like 10 teller stations ! 🤣 On top of it the teller was very rude and most likely frustrated because she was the only teller and overwhelmed with a completely full lobby

  They helped me settle my father's accounts. I live in Phoenix where we have no branches so when calling and talking to the 800 number several times and got nowhere they were able to help me in one visit. Everyone in the Sahara branch was extremely helpful.

  I made appointment with Cory Poe to open a business account. I asked him if I could email some documents to him prior to the appointment. He said he could not receive external email !! At any rate, I managed to bring the required documents to him and opened the account. However, on the following day, I had a question about my account. I emailed him and he called back later. But I was not able to take his call at that moment. I called him again, left messages and emailed him hoping he could call me back again. He replied to one of my emails with irrelevant information thinking I was somebody. 3 days in a row I emailed and called him but there was no reply. Citibank, I understand that once I opened the account I no longer a new customer. I have no priority anymore. On day 4 I called to the branch multiple times. Phone rang for 10 minutes with no one answered. This branch has no hope. Stay away. I am writing this review in the hope that someone from Citibank would see this and reply me. Thank you

  A teller from Citibank accidentally put $100k in my bank account, while I was at work. I went to the nearest bank on my lunch to find out what’s going on in my account and they explained that they accidentally put that amount in my account. Fast forward after work I went to the location that happened, I let them get my card and ID they took the money back and made me sign ,They just thanked me AND LET ME GO and I still can’t have access to my account. At least a $1000 bonus or more would’ve been nice for my honesty. I decided to open Citibank because my whole family been telling how Secure the bank .
