One other customer in the store was filling out paperwork for a new loan. Wasn’t greeted upon entering establishment. Waited a few mins and asked if someone else was working to assist me with getting a money order. Akianna rudely said “no” she was the only person working. Asked if she could assist me with getting a money order since the other customer was still filling out the paperwork. She stated “no” and that I’d have to wait until she was done with him. Told me there was another Check City right up the road. Asked her again why she couldn’t assist me with getting a simple money order since the other customer was STILL FILLING OUT THE PAPERWORK! She stated “no, he was here first.” Stated it would be at least 15-20 mins before she would be able to help me. I get he was there first…..but he was applying for a whole loan when I simply needed a money order. It would have taken her less than 2 mins to get the money order for me. Dude would probably still be filling out the paperwork. Terrible customer service. I will be calling the corporate number to file a complaint about this location and the horrible customer service Akianna provided.

But anyway the teller Vanessa and Tina was very kind and polite. They are so fun and funny I love this location i won’t go to another location. Thank you so much Vanessa and Tina you ladies are the best!!
