As a first timer at Wells Fargo I never experienced this great customer service. She guided me through the process and answered every question. The Wells Fargo branch at 900 N Green Valley, Henderson, NV is the most unprofessional, poorly managed location I’ve ever stepped foot in and I'll never go back. 1. A teller flat-out lied to me and said there were no banker appointments available. I checked online and booked the exact time I asked for in 2 minutes. 2. I showed up a bit late to meet with Roxanne, but was told she'd be right with me. Instead, she never once acknowledged me. She sat at her desk, didn’t get up, didn’t speak to me, and shouted across the branch to her manager that I was late — as if I wasn’t even in the room. She literally talked about me in third person to the branch manager while I sat there waiting like a fool for 5 minutes. 3. When I asked when someone was ever going to tell me I apparently no longer had an appointment, the branch manager lied to my face. He claimed he came over to let me know — except he clearly didn’t even know why I was sitting there. His first sentence was asking me if I'd been helped. 4. To top it off, I found out I never even needed to come in!! The teller gave me information that was so wrong, it felt like he either made it up on the spot or had no clue what he was talking about. Completely unacceptable. This branch runs on incompetence, DISRESPECT, and pitiful customer service. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Literally any other branch. Wells Fargo corporate should be embarrassed by this level of service for its business customers.
