  ⭐ 1 Star — This Wells Fargo Branch Is a Joke If I could give zero stars, I would. The Wells Fargo branch at 900 N Green Valley, Henderson, NV is the most unprofessional, poorly managed location I’ve ever stepped foot in and I'll never go back. 1. A teller flat-out lied to me and said there were no banker appointments available. I checked online and booked the exact time I asked for in 2 minutes. 2. I showed up a bit late to meet with Roxanne, but was told she'd be right with me. Instead, she never once acknowledged me. She sat at her desk, didn’t get up, didn’t speak to me, and shouted across the branch to her manager that I was late — as if I wasn’t even in the room. She literally talked about me in third person to the branch manager while I sat there waiting like a fool for 5 minutes. 3. When I asked when someone was ever going to tell me I apparently no longer had an appointment, the branch manager lied to my face. He claimed he came over to let me know — except he clearly didn’t even know why I was sitting there. His first sentence was asking me if I'd been helped. 4. To top it off, I found out I never even needed to come in!! The teller gave me information that was so wrong, it felt like he either made it up on the spot or had no clue what he was talking about. Completely unacceptable. This branch runs on incompetence, DISRESPECT, and pitiful customer service. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Literally any other branch. Wells Fargo corporate should be embarrassed by this level of service for its business customers.

  la pero experiencia en esta sucursal alguien retiró 3,300 dólares de mi cuenta y el banco costó muchísimo que me ayudara, demasiada negligencia de parte de WELLS Fargo Bank jamas recomendaria esta basura de banco por que ese mismo dia entrego 2,885 en otra sucursal y lo peor que fue adentro de la sucursal la cajera no pidio el ID y no tengo mi idea como puedieron entregar el dinero asi de facil, si no traian ni la tarjeta ni el ID ese mismo dia sacaron 900 dolares de una ATM cuando yo ya habia echo el reclamo por fraude y me habiam bloqueado mi tarjeta, llamadas de 3 horas y hasta 5 horas para que me puedieran ayudar solo me trasferian de linea en linea y asi pasaban las horas ellos simplemente podian haber checado las camaras y darse cuenta que fue un fraude y inegligencia de parte de sus trabajadores, me denegaron el caso y no me dieron razones justas para negármelo cuando explique que en el momento que me di cuenta del fraude y no me ayudaban por telefono me fui inmediatamnete al wells fargo mas sercano que tenia y en ese momento estando adentro de la sucursal teniendo mi ID y mi tarjeta conmigo retiraron 900 dolares mas de un ATM en nort las vegas se puso la denuncia con la policia y wells fargo no me respondio cerro mi caso y no me explicam como es posible que hayan sacado tanto dinero sin la tarjeta, el peor banco frustracion es lo que siento de haber confiado mi dinero en lo peor de aqui de las vegas me regresaron el dinero que fue retirado adentro de la sucursal y admitieron que fue fraude pero lo 900 dolares no me los quisieron regresar deverdad que cuando vemos que cosas asi le suceden a otras personas creemos que eso no nos puede pasar a nosotros y seguimos con el mismo banco pero nunca imaginamos ser victimas de fraude y al banco que le confiamos nuestro dinero no nos responda los cajeros de llamadas de atención al cliente súper groseros la peor experiencia jamás recomendaría este banco y jamás volvería a confiar en Wells Fargo

  The worst Wells Fargo bank branch. Coming here is the worst thing that can happen to you. If you don't have an appointment, they won't help you, and if you do have an appointment, they're always running late — up to 45 minutes. Terrible, especially Roxane.

  Went in for a currency exchange order and was given great service. They were kind, efficient, and nice. I do most of my banking online now, but it's nice to know if I need personal assistance, I have a bank near by for all my needs.
