- JBJonathan BowenJun 9, 20231.0It's such a terrible branch with such bad management, low staff, unknowledgeable tellers (not that uncommon, but this is worse than average) that I switched all of my accounts and am transferring tens of thousands out to Bank of America. I had nothing but miserable experiences here, to the point where I'd be literally shaking with rage 3 times in the last 2 years. Enough is enough. They need to close this branch and forget about it. They're literally losing customers. I could throw a baseball and hit this branch from my house, but even that convenience isn't worth the miserable attitudes of the staff here. I can't recommend enough DO NOT ever go here.
