- BSBilly SNov 20, 20231.0Small useless branch. Teller was rude and didn't want to even try and help. Only one banker there and even though sitting there, they would not take 1 min to transfer termed CD funds to Checking account. Never liked Wells and hence the reason I keep my money with CitiBank - and they never opened fake accounts under my name like Wells did. Would not recommend this branch... either find a bigger one to deal with a better bank.

And no single customer at this bank. WOW!!!!! Supervisor Kayla could care less about me giving a bad review. She told me to go ahead and do it.
