Well Fargo has a long and well-earned reputation for illegally and unethically screwing consumer banking customers and they've done it again with me. They refuse to honor their terms and make it difficult to resolve their errors. Never use them for anything. Go go a local savings and loan or other bank.

- HAHerve AndrieuOct 19, 20163.0I use online banking as much as possible. The rare times I went to the branch were to enjoy the benefit of "free notary services". Unfortunately the notary was very often busy in this branch and there was only one of them, which meant long wait. Another annoyance was that every time the branch manager would insist on asking if I wanted to open a credit card. I answered the same question time after time after time... Now that we see the Wells Fargo scandal, I understand how bad it must have been for the employees.
