  Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I deposited a check from my employer and it has taken them 2 weeks and they still have not made my deposit available. Wells Fargo sucks

  The person who sold me foreign currency on the weekend did a superb job. The females that were working after 5 pm when I picked it up on Wednesday took forever to assist. Gonna be switching to a credit union soon.

  I went in to deposit a lot of ones and rolled coin. There was nobody at the bank all the employees were texting and doing nothing. I went to the only open teller, she was not happy I said hi how are you she did not say anything except what do you need. All the other employees who were sitting on there phones did not say hi or anything either. It was strange nobody had a name tag on or there name plates out so i dont know anybodys name. I gave her all the rolled coins and ones which u could tell she was happy about, she even said I have to fix your money or the machine will get stuck mind you the money was in 100 stacks and pretty flat. I was trying to conversate with her and asked if she was having a good day or if it was busy she just rudely said no. She then went over counted the money told me the total and was rude once again. I have been a customer for 16 years and have several accounts and money with you. I think you need to talk to your employees especially at this branch i usually avoid this branch because they were rude the last time i went in.
