Unhelpful is the key word. They put someone elses phone # on my new account & locked me out of the online acct because they are not very smart. Worst new customer experience I've ever experienced with any of my credit cards. I have other credit cards with higher limits & this has been the worst experience hands down! Hate this card & bank already

When I ask to speak to a manager she said that is my manager( young lady with a Dior mask) that said no. I asked her for her name and they were reluctant to provide that. Sad the customer service here well below par to say the least
- GAGenaro AlvarezFeb 29, 20201.0Stood in line for 30 mins of the wait asked rep before standing if they would change a 20 dollar bill for two rolls of quarters when rep said I could didn’t need an account and teller Jenny Delong & dude said they couldn’t do it wouldn’t recommend Wells Fargo gave me a hassle I bank with chase and just did the extra drive no wait & exchanged it without even seeing my account if I could give it no stars I would just due to the service

But today in this branch the service was nowhere near what is usual or what I expected. None of the managers Bankers order Breeze that was around the door greeting the customers when they came in. Just standing around looking as if lost. Hopefully this is not what Wells Fargo customer service is coming to. I expect better from Wells Fargo employees. One good spot was Isaiah at the teller window, he was on point. You guys need to copy this guy and replace all the other associates.
