    I went in with my husband , and there was a lady so nice , she helped us to open a bank account when it was almost closed and she took her time to explain everything very profesionally She definitely needs a raise🤌🏻 Thank u so much Daylyn for ur time and ur excelent work !!!!

    Wells Fargo is another place that's never had it out to help the customer really when you look at the years that they tacked on ATM fees and and returned check fees and over limit fees in their percentages were horrible and and then they charge an arm and a leg for like payday advances and it's just amazing how they're bored or their shareholders were that greedy that they had to come up off of every hard-working American so that they can afford to keep their investors happy the Wells Fargo ever since they have cut me off of access to a friend of mine's bank accounts cuz I'm fixing her place up and and they're telling me they're not going to do nothing until she walks in in person when she's literally paralyzed and it needs equipment to get her in and out of bed and stuff like that so I don't process is just left regular mentality I don't understand their entire banking etiquettewhen they won't go see her or arrange for a zoom meeting or something to at least accommodate a person that's in her incapacitated State you would think if they really cared about her as a customer they would be you know going in the extra mile or making that extra effort but they don't they don't show any interest or any care whatsoever

    I visited this branch yesterday to complete a name change request and was assisted by Daylyn Guzman. Unfortunately, after keeping me waiting for over an hour, she informed me that she could not process the request because, when my account was originally opened in 2020, the person who entered my information omitted my middle name. I explained that I had never experienced any issues with transactions in the past, even though my cards display only my first name, while my government-issued ID includes both my first and middle names, as well as both last names. She then consulted with her supervisor, who reached the same conclusion. I came fully prepared with all the required documentation for the name change: my Social Security card, Naturalization Certificate, Nevada ID, passport, and a court-issued name change order. Despite this, I was told I needed to present an ID showing my former name. As a result, my request was denied, and I was forced to go to a different branch—where, using the exact same documents, I was able to successfully complete the transaction. I found the handling of the situation at this branch to be unprofessional and lacking in preparation. At one point, Ms. Guzman even asked if my Naturalization Certificate was a marriage certificate, which indicated a concerning lack of familiarity with standard legal documents. Additionally, making a customer wait for over an hour without clear communication—simply to “look into something”—was discourteous and disappointing.

    Jacob, the teller, and Lee the banker they were both super super helpful with getting me my specific bank statements. Wow. Thank you both for helping me out. It’s taking me a long time to get these. Really great customer service experience. Other Wells Fargo branches did not help :( other branches told me go to a library to print out my bank statements off my mobile app. But Wells Fargo on St rose and Eastern definitely have my recommendations for Jacob and definitely Lee the banker - they rocked today.
