We are a fairly large contractor and carry a sizable bank balance. The long and short of this is the branch is impossible to deal with. In all of these years we have never had a check bounce (on either side), insufficient funds nor any other negative banking issues, yet they offer nothing but the barest of benefits as though we are a new account. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful, specifically the bank managers Carmen and Leda (I apologize if misspelled). When an issue arises you will be met with one of two responses…the back office said so or you can take your business elsewhere. I think that is exactly what we are going to do.
