- CMCasey McneelyAug 2, 20251.0this is mostly for card services, but I have visited this branch and was twice treated pretty rudely. on a Friday I had to report my card as being compromised to purchasing something from a malicious website. I spoke with the card services person, set up receiving a new card. I was informed by the lady I talked to that it could be expedited and be there in 2 to 3 days if I wanted to pay an extra $30 fee. I said it's not necessary because it shouldn't take more than four or five days for the card to get there. lo and behold that is now Saturday on the following week, NINE DAYS LATER, and I STILL do not have my bank card. there is absolutely no reason, and no excuse for it to have taken this long. I now have to worry about insurance payments not going through and a couple of other problems of accounts tied to the card being on hold because I can't make payments through it. I've been banking with this company for over 20 years, in the ladies seem to be pretty indignant that I talk to that I wasn't willing to pay the extra fee so I feel like this was done purposely. this is unacceptable customer service, not to mention it's essentially playing games with someone's financial stability. absolutely unacceptable, and I will be filing a formal complaint.

No wait. This was my first trip to this branch and I love the layout of this office. It felt much more bright, open, and modern compared to another location on Warm Springs with its thick, glass barriers between you and your representative. This just felt more personal and like a local, Nevada bank. I will definitely stop by this location again if I'm in the neighborhood. Thank you!
