- MLMegan LucasApr 13, 20241.0The atm ate my money, it was the biggest hassle trying to explain to customer service the situation, I literally told them the situation 5 times and they were still asking questions and confusing themselves between what amount I was trying to deposit and the amount the machine ate. In the end they logged it as me claiming the machine ate the entire deposit and of course I never got my money back that the machine ate. I wonder how much banks make from our hard earned money in situations like this each year? I will never use an atm again. To be fair I really like Citibank but this situation was an awful experience. Be wary of the atms.
