The issues I've had with CitiBank, this location, and my interactions with Amanda I had it with Citi. It's never a possible experience. I'm just going to close my account and be done with it.

But no call back for almost a week since I left my information. Super frustrating. Also, when I tried to call to the branch, no one answered at all.

Amanda is the nicest, friendliest, and most professional banker ever. She was able to help me with my new account that I've had trouble accessing. The manager was also friendly and greeted me by name, I felt welcome and at ease here. This branch is also very modern and clean. Thank you so much Citi Henderson!! You guys are awesome ☺️
