They make nasty remarks, don’t take time to help even if im the only customer in the building. Worst banking experience imaginable and they’re the type to have nothing better to do so they’ll make some fake accounts to counter the google reviews. Embarassing.

The service I received was unaccommodating and the information I received was incorrect. You can’t conduct any business without an appointment and appointments are scarce. It doesn’t matter if your plane leaves the next day. I would never bank with Wells Fargo, regardless of location.
