- JWJason WangAug 11, 20211.0There is a problem with this ATM. Similar experience with other post, while withdrawing $500 instead of 10x $50 bills, it dispensed 10x $20 instead. Filed 2 claims with WF and both were denied saying there isn't anything wrong. Filing a police report and asking WF to investigate further.
- YLYuanru LaiJul 29, 20211.0My husband wanted to withdraw $300, but the ATM only gave him $120. What the worst thing is ATM still made a record of $300 withdrawn!!! My husband called the bank immediately and the costumer service said they would investigate it. Few days later, the bank told my husband that no evidence to prove his case. They didn’t even check the ATM cameras!! If they did they would know the truth!! Wells Fargo stole $180 from my husband !!!! Should we call 911?
