Sabrina is who I got today. Rude and sarcastic. 'We can't do this, but I'll do it today'. I will 100% not be back, and she is a proven point as to why I left wells after 20 years. Looking at the reviews, seems like it's a reoccurring issue.

You people do realize your bank was asking for welfare from the American public not so long ago. Next time try to go the extra mile and count her change for deposit into her account instead of telling her to go to the casino, change it for paper and bring it back to you! By the way..... it's legal tender even if it's change! Would never recommend this bank!
