The lady I talked to, Julie, answered all the questions I had, was very thorough, even made some small talk with us. It was an incredibly easy process. I would recommend banking here.
- DWDarrel WilliamsJul 12, 20221.0Went on an earlier date after having an issue with my debit card and after being directed by the Wells Fargo call line to see a banker specifically. Banker lady didn't identify herself or greet me just said you know you can have a teller help you and very reluctantly helped me. On 06/12/22 I had an appointment for some notary work that an insurance company requested. Again the banker was unfriendly and stated she couldn't notarize this form without a specific notary form and stated she couldn't witness my signature even though I was sitting there,she had my picture id, and I hadn't signed it. Other than the tellers, the banker ladies are very unfriendly and unhelpful and act like you are bothering them. If I go to a branch in say Idaho, I am greeted and asked how they can help.
