She wouldn't even look me in the eye! Made me close the current account I had and open a new one elsewhere. Hope this doen't happen to other people, and please do better, bank teller with the unique name.

I was in there today on June 1, 2022 for several types of work. There were four tellers available on the inside plus drive-thru tellers and one manager. There were at least two bankers available. Quite a positive change. My experience in general with Wells Fargo Bank is their customer service is high quality. I like the multi-state availability of services in ATMs. I not infrequently have issues with corporate level decisions on services and other stuff. But what are you going to do beyond my pay grade.
