- JNJudi NApr 26, 20222.0If you like to do your banking in person, Nevada State Bank is a great bank. The folks in the branch are very nice. However, if you prefer electronic banking, this is not the place for you. They have hidden the account numbers online and in the statement so you can't access your account numbers. The ATMs are the strangest things I've ever seen where it lets you get in and start transactions with an invalid PIN and then tells you it's an invalid PIN when you attempt to complete. On top of that, they don't track those, they only monitor withdrawals for invalid PINs so you aren't going to get any help trying to figure it out. If you want to change your PIN, you have to go to their ATM or to the bank. If you call in, you have to have your Driver's License and ATM cards to validate your identity. Most places have code words and basic info so you don't have to track down your documents every time you need help. This could be a great bank but they need to move into the 21st century.
