Came in yesturday after confirming through the phone by a Wells Fargo associate about depositing a check for some one since they didn’t have a bank account. I told them who it was from and I was assured it was 100% ok. Get there today to deposit it and try to void over draft fees. I get this lady at far right end explain the situation, looks at the paper work, looks at us and “said well it’s under our discretion and I’m going to say no” I told her I spoke to Wells Fargo directly and asked if I spoke to some here at the branch, I said no you were closed at that time. She doubles down in a condescending tone and says “ it’s a third party check and I say no” at that point I didn’t want to bother. I just walked out, while she had a nasty smirk on her face. This beach always sucks. But it’s the closest one to me. I rather drive to Henderson than deal with these nasty teller again.
