- SLSun LeeMar 22, 20231.0very unprofessional customer service ever, they take more than 6 weeks to return a copy of bank draft that was mistakenly deposited by one of the representatives. (and of course, they never tell you who did that) They don't even check the name of a bank draft when they process it. While we tried to reach out the branch manager, the manager wants to keep it all under the secret to hide their incompetence. I would cost a trip from Toronto to Halifax if that is what it takes. Whole bank never picks up the phone during the working hours and never respond to the email. Most importantly, my client is not even a client of TD bank then what kind of private information does the bank hold and protect from me when I do my best to serve my client. Do not ever deal with this bank. It was the most frustrating moment for my entire career.
- TWtrevor woodOct 27, 20225.0I was amazed as soon as I arrived, as the staff all greeted me at their peek rush hour ( noon) . The place was packed and I was concerned because there was 7 people ahead of me. The normal bank slowness didn’t exist here. In about 10 minutes with 3 workers working together. For example my bank card was potentially compromised, Brenda and Taylor worked through a couple concerns I had promptly. I started getting more technical asking if my iCloud saved passwords could be compromised. Joanne over heard this and stepped in not missing a beat. She was amassing and Brenda took over Joanne’s client. I am moving back to my Hometown Lockeport and have closer TD banque’s but I learned so much from Joanne so that’s now my TD home branch. FYI Joanne and I seemed to be in unison bouncing jokes and being funny as she worked. This all happened in 13 minutes as it would take most banks 1 hour plus!!! 19 out of 10 ❤️
