While away we were having some roof repairs done to our home and it6 was finished on September 5 so I went to send an E-Transfer to the contractor. For some reason the transfer got frozen. I went to the branch and talked to Kim (Branch Manager), Betty (Consultant) and Drew. This branch is amazing and went out of their way to resolve this problem. I can not speak any higher about the customer service that this branch delivers.
