    Had a horrible experience with one of the mortgage advisors at this branch, Marla Smith. In person meetings were great, I’m told by my fiance and father who met with her. After countless voicemails and emails over a span of three weeks we still had not heard back from her. Everyone we called she was in a meeting. A suggestion would be to give your advisors a break between meetings so that they have time to connect with current customers and the status of their mortgage concerns/process. We then called and asked for the branch manager to find out they had quit and their replacement had not started yet. We expressed how frustrated and disappointed we were to constantly be ignored and never as much received a call or email back to say that she would reach out to us when she had time. After speaking with that person on Monday, we of course heard from Marla within an hour of expressing our frustration. She then told us she was waiting on information and that’s why we hadn’t heard from her. A simple email stating this would have been great! I’m honestly not sure I even believe it. Again, on that Monday we were promised a call back and never received one. We figured the only way we have been able to connect with her was in person so we scheduled a meeting for that Friday at 4pm. A couple other voicemails were left throughout the week with orations we had and yet still no call or email back. On Friday at 4:07 we received an email from Marla asking if we needed anything further to reach out to her lol. We told her we had taken our business elsewhere.

    Been going to this branch for the last two years and couldn’t ask for a better experience every time I go. No matter who is on , I am always greeted with a friendly smile & the staff go above and beyond!! All the staff take time to personally connect and it is much appreciated!!
