After several visits, they were able to complete all my requirements with a great communication even if it's break time manager himself taking calls and provide service which was a great to see. The most painful and incompetent process I've ever encountered. Update: Oh, look at the time. Now it's been 7 months with nothing happening. Update: Finally resolved this issue in New Glasgow. Lovely branch. Competent staff. Huge parking lot. Highly recommend New Glasgow branch.
