- OFOwen FergusonJul 14, 20251.0i normally don’t leave bad reviews because it hurts a Business BUT when you can’t make out what someone is saying because thay are breathing into the phone so all you here is there breath and when you ask them to repeat themselves all that thay to is give a gigantic sigh and then proceed to yell at you and after all of that not one have a nice day. no buy just silence really grate experience Learn how to act in customer service i mean really if you hate dealing with people so much go get a different job this one is clearly not for you
- JWJoanne WaltersApr 24, 20245.0Beautiful branch. Clean, bright, welcoming and comfortable. Met with Dawn MacLean to set up an Estate Account and found Dawn to be excellent to work with. She was very personable, knowledgeable, efficient, explained things clearly and went the extra step to take care of a payment online that was owing, saving me a trip to the post office. I left my appointment with Dawn feeling fully supported as Executor of my mother's estate and very much relieved to have this part of the Estate process completed so effortlessly and comfortably.
- ASA SmithJul 10, 20221.0If I could rate a zero I would. The service at this bank is ridiculous. They will not help you or do anything to go above and beyond. I have deposited a very large cheque that THEY requested. After a 4 week delay because they forgot to fax it out we finally received it. I deposited it and they would only release $100. 0.5% of the cheque. Cheryl specifically is not helpful and should not be in banking. People need access to their money and they need to trust that important documents are sent out. This trust was lost and TD continues to provide me nothing but delays. I will be switching banks.
