- JHJamie HubbsDec 2, 20251.0I have been a TD customer since July 5th, 1975....today I am a disabled Senior who has lost the ability to drive....I had to take a Taxi to the TD on Quinpool and ask him to wait while I went in to do my banking....There were 2 teller positions open ONLY...it was 12 noon . I started waiting. After 12 minutes I asked one of the 3 tellers ( 2 were working the same screen/customer) if she was open...she said no, she was helping this man who was obviously doing some complicated transaction...then the " Supervisor" joined them so that 3 of them were helping this man...meanwhile my Taxi has now been waiting for 16 minutes...The "Supervisor" then came out and said (in a very sanctimonious voice..."Sorry you have to wait a LITTLE BIT LONGER but we are training someone" I told her it wasn't my problem and I wanted SERVICE! I told her I had a Taxi waiting with the meter running but instead of helping me she ignored me...and returned into the back...finally after 22 minutes of standing waiting, the second teller was free....IF TD IS GOING THE ROUTE OF GROCERY STORES and SELF CHECKOUT SERVICE....TELL US so we can stop dealing with them ! Great service seems to be offered ONLY when they want to SELL US SOMETHING !

Etc. when I walk in there with 2 people in line I am not expecting that kind of a wait while I'm on a tight schedule!

The employe, Prince, who appeared to be a senior employee, was conversing with another employee, and letting the customer waiting at the counter for about 10 minutes. Although, another employee was reminding Prince that the customer is waiting, he just disregarded, and continued his conversation with his colleague. I must say that customer service I witnessed today at the TD branch at Quinpool Road, was the worst I’ve ever seen, and has only one name, Prince (last name n/k).
