- CLClare LOct 1, 20251.0Avoid this branch at all costs! My pension transfer cheque was mailed to this branch. When I tried to get in touch, I received 3 back to back out of office messages. I called and talked to someone at the branch who said they'd look into it and get back to me. They never did. I launched an investigation through my pension provider. Finally, over a week after returning from vacation the branch manager responded saying they would look into my missing cheque. Several days after that I was told it was located. When I asked for some details and an explanation of where it had been for 2 MONTHS. I received zero response - no apology, no accountability. Not to mention the difficulty setting up the account as the TD direct investing employee was unable to fax the correct documents so I had to do it myself. I can't believe these people are employed, never mind handle peoples money on a daily basis. This experience has left me questioning TD as my future banking institution.
