- UMUrsula Mogensen4 days ago1.0I have been with this particular branch of Edward Jones for a decade and recently left dissatisfied. In that time I've had four different advisors and the only consistency has been the office administrator, who is terrific. The first advisor, Stuart Shupe, left EJ and took my ex's business with him. Adrienne Power was next and was lovely and helpful, as was her successor, Mike Bailey. The most recent, Neil MacIntyre, advised me that he really didn't want my business anymore - I guess having a hard year with unexpected dental and medical expenses meant he didn't make enough money off me. Notably, both he and Stuart are white men. At this point, Neil has done me a favour as I have realized that I no longer want to work with ANY white men in finance, and will be avoiding them like the plague and choosing anyone else. However, I still can't recommend this branch of EJ as it seems to be a "trainee" office of some kind and you won't get consistent service or care.
