    Go anywhere else. They threatened to garnish my wages after my payment bounced the first time without my knowledge, emailed with Anjela who said she would waive the first late fee of 50 dollars so i paid what i did owe. Cool. Every day since someone else has emailed me ramping up to today emailing me telling me my account is now delinquent because of the 50 dollars and no one will respond to any of my emails that I have been sending explaining the situation but they sure do keep sending me emails asking for 50.00!

    STOLE OVER $180 AND MANAGER PALJINDER AT BRANCH 2905 LIED ABOUT IT - I had called in January to have all extra plans cancelled, so I would only have to pay the loan/interest itself. I paid off the full loan a few months ago, but kept getting charged $10.49 for a credit optimizer. I asked for this to be refunded, about $30 worth at first, but branch manager Paljinder at branch 2905 said that he as the branch manager could not approve or preform any type of refunds. I asked for the number of the head office or someone above him who could help me, Paljinder said he would get that number for me and then hung up. Never called back. He was also supposed to send me an email with a highlighted screenshot of their ToS, saying that the credit optimizer had to be cancelled in a specific way to stop the service from charging me. Of course, I have not gotten this email. I called the head office and they said that actually, since this was handled at branch 2905, they would have to deal with it and she could not help me. I submitted a formal complaint with them about this. I did not consent to this charge for the credit optimizer and I thought it would be cancelled when I requested all other type of extra plans to be canceled. Someone at their head office let me know that at this time the credit optimizer had to be canceled by calling a different number, something the agent I talked to in January failed to tell me. Because of their mistake, I have been paying about $20 a month for this service I did not consent to, since January. I am now out about $180. I was sent an email asking to agree to a cancellation form for credit optimizer. I replied, but they said that since I didn’t reply soon enough, it was not cancelled and I was charged. The email did not say anything about having to reply by a specific date, it just said “reply I agree”. I seriously wondered why their employees don’t even bother typing in proper professional grammar, but after being lied to by the “branch manager” I can see the kind of work culture that must be happening at this branch. Lady at the “head office” let me know that the credit optimizer service hasn’t been cancelled STILL, after all this time. I am supposed to get a call back from a manager but I seriously doubt that will happen. I will be contacting the BBB and the fraud investigation team at my work to look further into this.
