- UUuberTRIALNov 15, 20251.0I went to this branch early in the morning for a few inquiries, and the experience was disappointing to say the least. The front-desk receptionist looked completely unprepared to assist customers — very sluggish, distracted, and not focused on what I was asking. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and simple questions were answered with attitude or confusion. When people are opening a branch for the day, you expect professionalism and basic customer service, but that wasn’t the case at all. It set a really bad tone for the whole visit. Management should seriously look into the behavior and training of the morning staff. I think the name was Simran
