- UUuberTRIALNov 15, 20251.0I went to this branch early in the morning for a few inquiries, and the experience was disappointing to say the least. The front-desk receptionist looked completely unprepared to assist customers — very sluggish, distracted, and not focused on what I was asking. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and simple questions were answered with attitude or confusion. When people are opening a branch for the day, you expect professionalism and basic customer service, but that wasn’t the case at all. It set a really bad tone for the whole visit. Management should seriously look into the behavior and training of the morning staff. I think the name was Simran

- IGian grantDec 21, 20212.0Everytime I go to do my weekly deposits for my business I feel like a total bother to the tellers. It's gotten to the point now where I'll go to the Larry Uteck or Clayton Park branch to do my deposits. At least there they don't complain to me about doing their job.

The people are still very nice, but i don't know if they are understaffed or what the issue is, but ridiculously difficult to get appointments, and can't service your needs in a timely fashion. Go to another branch that cares!
