- NBNicole BaileyJun 3, 20251.0Absolutely worst customer service ever my partner went in there with three different government IDs, so she can get a new access card and was denied because she was told that the passport could be copied when I asked to speak to a manager the manager wrote back on her chat on the computer saying she’s not coming out because it’s a waste of time they’re not gonna issue a new card. How can a bank do this? These people were the most disrespectful rudest bank branch I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. They need to shut down. And FYI, the whole enter counter was videotaped so this isn’t a lie
