    DJ is one of the best people for providing complete and clear information. I took a loan through him, and he handled everything very professionally. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended.

    Probably one of the worst loan services I’ve ever experienced. Only borrowed $1000 and it took a year and a half of $200 monthly payments. They also kept charging me $10 bi-weekly for “insurance” after my loan was paid off, and refused to reimburse me. They also don’t answer their emails often and if you ask in-depth questions they are almost useless. Literally go anywhere else, they just prey off the vulnerable people that need money.

    Very poor service experience. I repaid my loan around May–June 2025. After that, I continued to be charged for the credit optimizer that had been included with the loan. I began calling every two weeks as soon as I noticed the charges, and now it is December with no resolution. Despite leaving multiple voicemails, I never received a call back. I only managed to speak with someone last week, and they were unable to help or explain why I was still being charged. I was told the manager was unavailable, and no one could answer how I was expected to understand or cancel a service when no one responded to my calls. I was also told the issue needed to be handled by head office. When I contacted them, they said it was the branch’s responsibility—and even they had trouble getting the branch to answer the phone. It feels as though I was repeatedly redirected to avoid dealing with the issue. I have paid roughly $130 for a service I did not want, and the company has not taken responsibility for the mistake or provided a refund. I’ve never had this problem with other branches, but this location has been extremely unhelpful. Overall, the lack of communication and accountability has been very frustrating. I would recommend choosing a different branch.
