I want to especially appreciate Elias Joukhadar, who provided excellent customer service and guided me through every step with patience and professionalism. Highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for great service!
- SBSteven BrownApr 19, 20251.0Unbelievable incompetence! Couldn’t find my safety deposit box, about 40 mins later, found. The young man behind the counter was totally uninterested brinking on rude. If you work in a customer facing role you should have an interest in customer service. Second visit still had issues but was found and my box was closed. I will never go back, after 25 years it was not an easy decision but based on my experience the staff appear undertrained and uninterested. One person did have a clue but she was bouncing between questions from the tellers. (Training)I’m not sure what the hiring policy is but, take another look. #tdbank
