  Typical bad TD customer service, I went in because I was told I need I need to speak to them at a branch to use interac etransfer services and at the branch was told that TD had allowed an unauthorized merchant to charge my account several times incurring their terrible 48$ over draft fee each time and thus i owed them almost 100$ and the manager there threatened to take me to collections for their crappy policies of allowing me to be arbitrarily charged. I had other issues on top of what I approached them to take care of, they didn't offer to take care of any of that just threatened to impact my credit over their atrocious overdraft fees they allow arbitrary vendors to charge. Typical terrible experience from TD with no accountability. Shocking they are still a major bank. They'll fleece you over issues you have no control over. They get more than 1 because atleast they were somewhat professional.

  If you ever wanna feel gaslit by your own bank this is the bank location for you! I explain to them my issue and it's clearly their fault for what was happening but they told me to take accountability instead of correcting the issue and returning funds which was their fault. RBC and Scotiabank would have corrected this the proper way but instead they made ME feel stupid for THEM lying/not knowing what was wrong with my account for months. If someone would have just leveled with me and understood that I can't fix my own account this would have been resolved easily. All I can do is ask what's wrong with my account until someone tells me what's wrong, this wouldn't have happened if they fixed it earlier on when I repeatedily asked at the branch and returning the small amount of funds would have solved this.

  Typical TD Bank offering inside with tellers and ATM. Best feature however is the convenient drive thru ATM option for rainy days when you don’t want to get out of the car. Lots of free parking.
