- MMMitchell McCallumMay 22, 20252.0Typical bad TD customer service, I went in because I was told I need I need to speak to them at a branch to use interac etransfer services and at the branch was told that TD had allowed an unauthorized merchant to charge my account several times incurring their terrible 48$ over draft fee each time and thus i owed them almost 100$ and the manager there threatened to take me to collections for their crappy policies of allowing me to be arbitrarily charged. I had other issues on top of what I approached them to take care of, they didn't offer to take care of any of that just threatened to impact my credit over their atrocious overdraft fees they allow arbitrary vendors to charge. Typical terrible experience from TD with no accountability. Shocking they are still a major bank. They'll fleece you over issues you have no control over. They get more than 1 because atleast they were somewhat professional.
