The person on the phone couldn’t help me and also could not assure me that if I called the number they were giving me that what I needed to get done would be done as it is extremely important that it be done in a timely manner. She then proceeded to hang up on me instead of answering any of my questions. This is a small town and you’d think that they would have interest in helping their local clients. I suppose they have more important things to do than to do the work they are being paid to do.
