- NSNunziatina SpurlinSep 9, 20251.0So I don’t understand why one charge on business is flagged by the fraud department and denied the transaction, but a personal account can make any transaction and not get flagged. They say that every bank does this, but having banked with MANY other banks, i have NEVER had a transaction flagged and denied, and if fraud was suspected i would get a call. So making excuses is just as unprofessional as the customer service. So after this was supposedly “fixed” the transaction was processed again, and again denied. Leaving no choice but to use a different payment method. Every time there is an issue Bank is very quick to try and give you your money back, and tell you to go to different bank. I didnt think that they were the Owners and allowed to tell people that, i thought the owners would want money at their bank. Not mad, just disappointed So if you are driving by, keep going as this bank clearly don’t want to do business.
