The employees are always in a really bad mood, they have ZERO sense of urgency, you wait forever to be helped, then you are treated as if they are doing you a favor. The employees park under all of the outside tellers leaving only one window open, which says “commercial only” but it doesn’t get enforced. Since being robbed twice in the last year, Wells Fargo now violates your 4th amendment right by making you surrender your ID to conduct any kind of transaction, even if you are only making a deposit, or exchanging 2 dimes & a nickel for a quarter, it’s ridiculous. I no longer do business at the Socorro Wells Fargo, I hope all the disgruntled ladies that work at that branch find peace, a new boyfriend, lover or something before they chase off more customers.
