  We had Jasmine. No personality at all! No customer service skills. She couldn't wait to be done with us so she can go to lunch. My mom is elderly, and she didn't have patience with her. I think she was so worried about her fake eyelashes falling off.

  Went to this Bank during the last snow that we had. I could clearly see the employee in the window, in the drive up, talking to another employee. I waited for 10 minutes while they were still talking, and I finally got angry enough that I pushed the call button. I asked why they were not letting me send anything through the vacuum system and they said that because there's a 2-hour delay due to the snow that they're not open yet, eventhough it was after 930am and they were physically in the building in the drive up shooting the breeze. If that's the case, then maybe they should put signs on the drive up or keep away from the windows so that way people don't sit and wait wasting their time.

  disgusting service, the tellers mock in your face for not knowing the bank's policies ... I do not go back to that bank where the employees feel that they do you a favor by providing you with help and information

  If I could give this branch a BIG FAT ZERO I would. I called them about them taking overdraft fees out of my account...was put on hold and then they hung up on me. I was told a manager would call me back shortly. That was almost 2 hrs ago. Wells Fargo Banks are RIP OFF ARTISTS. For 4 years I had my account set up in the way of if I didn't have funds, the payment wouldn't go through. I guess after 4 years they decided to change my account and not tell me. Both Wells Fargo and Bank of America have been sued for this very thing in the past. I will be closing my account down and switching to a credit union. Shame on you Wells Fargo for on a consistent basis screwing the little man. I don't know how the people that work for you can sleep at night. On a scale of 1-10 I give them a -10. And thank you for being a major part of why America sucks.
