They are easily distracted and can't always finish the transaction they are working on before they help the banker next to them on an entirely different transaction, leaving their own customer to wait (always finishing in just a second). They can also be very rude. I am most likely going to bank with BOA and so will my family. We're all tired of the lack of customer care and unprofessionalism. Also, I don't appreciate my money being held hostage because of terrible "customer service".
