  Thy new guy running the santa fe place should not be working there he doesn't have any respect for the customers, we ask for a refinance because for the past 12 months I have been getting emails from the Santa Fe branch saying we have money available and just come in a they would be very glad to help us , we have never messed a payment in two years and after being a good paying customer they still denied the loan , we waited 5 days for a response after they said it would only be about one hour

  Whoever is the branch manager is AWFUL. 1st he claimed he couldn't see my moms documents when she sent them in. He told her that he could refinance my mother, she has been a long time client, and always paid on time. He said no problem come in and I can refinance you. Just bring your paperwork in. We went all the way to Santa Fe from about 1.5 hours away with no gas and no food (my mom is a diabetic) when we got there he was rude, he was making comments about people who need loans are losers and that he wishes they didnt exist because its "pathetic". He ended up denying her refinance over a car that was stolen and the insurance is in the process of paying it off. Said the debt to income ratio is way over. That she spends more than what she earns, yet when she called the Albuquerque branch they stated that they have no idea why he would say that or deny her because her debt to income ratio is fine. He didnt even look at my documents saying he already saw them so its a waste of time to rebook at them because he is not "stupid" the Albuquerque branch said they would see if there was anything they could do and if they could they would just have her sign the documents electronically. This guy should not be the branch manager. He is rude, he is awful, my mom cried the whole way home.... AFTER we had to sit in the car for over 3 hours to find a way to get gas money and get her food. Her sugar has been through the roof since then from what happened that day!!! He needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATLY. HE IS DISGUTING AND SHOULDNT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LOANS IF WHAT HE FEELS ABOUT THEM IS ACCURATE. I have done loans, collections, taxes, and insurance and I was livid at the way he treated my elderly sick mother. She is on dialysis and she used the last of her gas to get there for that loan and has had a hard time making her appointments. I am filing a lawsuit against him. That was not professional AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!! This was also week. July 2025.
