  Kimberly at this branch was absolutely terrific. She helped me when the albuquerque branch was going through some building trouble. She went above and beyond and I honestly haven't received customer service like that in a very long time. I'm absolutely calling this branch back to speak with a manager to make sure Kimberly gets some points (or a raise like companies should do since customer service like hers is so rare). In a world where money unfortunately is the key to existing, she put my worries away and made sure I didn't overdraft. I can't say good enough things and I can't express how grateful I am that she was able to give me peace of mind. Thank you so much Kimberly and First Citizens!!!! I've literally had you guys for several decades.
